I get more people hitting deer or crashing into my mailbox than I do trick or treaters. I live on a main drag in the boonies so we don't get too many visitors. However, I always convince my wife that "this is the year" so we load up on candy and I eat most of it later. I usually suggest the kids like Butterfinger and Nestles Crunch.
