Here's a wild idea: Why not try something less drug related for the anxiety before resorting to your benzos?
(No this is not me being anti meds, its recommended by my T's who run DBT)
Like exercise, judo, meditation, yoga, swimming, running... Also make sure you're getting a healthy amount of sleep, not over or under.
Activity is great for anxiety, on the other hand, if you're having a full blown anxiety attack and your skin is literally crawling with it, a hot shower with a powerful loofa does the trick.
Ps. Wrt your other thread, If you learn to incorporate some coping skills for symptoms that are not debilitating everytime they appear, you may be able to decrease those 10 meds, instead of taking a med for each symptom, every time.
