I can understand your frustration. I actually am doing a LOT better, now that I'm on a lower dosage of Abilify. I was on 15 mg and had terrible side effects (heart racing, anxiety, etc.) and now I'm on 7.5 mg and doing great!
It's interesting how a lower dosage (of Abilify) can make me more stable than a higher dosage. It makes me wonder what other meds I'm on that I could be on a lower dosage and do better with... ?
