I live in an apartment. No children here but the building is across the street from a very large low-income housing estate. Most of the tenants donate candy to the caretaker who in turn sits at the front door handing out candy to those kids who come by. He really gets into it, decorating the building and front lawn. Meanwhile I decorate my door, patio and windows.
