----have u noticed you feel bad,then feel good at 10pm. Stop doing what u r doing Early in the day. Are u inactive or alone in the am? Aerobic exercise, eating, and activities , contact w others make bipolars feel better.
Many of us r mixed. You can even be in both states at the same time. But we are never boring people!
