Like RJ, I live out in the boonies. Not a lot of school age kids around here. The few that there are, the parents load them in the car a drive them into town to trick or treat. What we have are yahoos who get drunked up, then go out in the yard and shoot off guns. I lock the horses in the barn and the cats and dog in the house Halloween night to keep everyone safe.
RJ, I like your philosophy about buying candy for the kids. I think I need to stock up on Baby Ruth and Reese's cups for the trick or treaters!
