Seroquel and Klonopin when taken together were the most beneficial when I experienced mixed episodes (along with other meds, but those two are definitely the most helpful for me). The Seroquel did need to be increased since I stopped sleeping and was psychotic, but once the dose was adjusted, it worked like magic.....of course it took time, but slowly but surely it knocked out those mixed states. I agree with others here though that it is definitely possible that situational factors are perhaps triggering these symptoms.
