Wow 17 days! im sorry that must have been torture for you! im lad you have found something that works for you

I agree about the benzos, i think starting anti psychotics would be much more addictive and stressful as i have to get used to them as well as the Lexapro and im struggling enough with them, and she said it will only be for 2 weeks so im not going to get addicted to them in such a short time but she has refused to give them to me so i guess i have to just suck it up and try to get through this, she recommended meditation and exercise, im sure that will help with my dizzy spells and extreme panic lol
