I concur with most opinions - go talk to your boss.......don't get set up for failure. There's nothing worse in an office than the lazy-sack-of-**** loudmouth who spends most of the day covering his ***. Even talking about it is a trigger for me.

And BTR makes a good point.....start writing this stuff down with dates and times but do it discreetly.
