I made a dentist's appt after a long depression, too... and the dentist told me that I have chemical burn from many years on Lithium and need dental work. I have had two crowns done and will resume next year when I am in the next cycle insurance-wise.

Lithium is dirt cheap itself, but if I consider the cost of dental work, it is expensive .
