I was at my medical clinic this morning, getting a referral to vascular surgery. I thought I parked in section B2, and rejoiced, because this letter-number combination is meaningful to me as it is connected to a man who is very special to me. When I returned to the parking lot, I found my car in section B10, and I searched everywhere without finding section B2. In fact, the sections started at B6 and ended at B12 - no B2. The font was recognizable to me - I clearly did see that font when parking the car, but the number was wrong.

Was it a hallucination (I sometimes have them) or just my mind's playing tricks?
