For me I'm very girly I always have been. I hide behind a mask on my bad days if I have to be out in public. Even when I'm kind of symptomatic I'm still put together. My girls will want to go to one of our local malls. I'll put my "mask" on and go if my not mixed or mad manic. I like clothes, jewelry and makeup. People see me looking put together but have know idea how I'm feeling on the inside. In the summer if I'm down a little it usually will pep my mood up a little if I get jazzed up and leave the house....go do something fun.
