How long have you been psychotic? Your antidepressant may be fueling the mania.
You may need a change in meds. feeling that your meds are fake is part of the psychosis, I think.

I was supposed to see both my therapist and pdoc next week but can't make the appointments. So I might get to see them in 2 or 3 weeks. I wasn't sure if it was the seroquel since my symptoms started before I was put on it. I was on zyprexa before and it didn't work. I've been this way since the middle of September. My antidepressant was never a problem for me before.
