Can you plan a reasonable meal that is more than slim fast, but less than a binge. Maybe a good size portion of chicken breast with some cheese sprinkled on top and low fat sour cream, broccolli and cheese, a whole wheat roll,and sweat potatoes (for dessert). I love em. This is a pretty low fat, low cal meal. Drink 2 glasses of water with it and you should be relatively full without getting th binge cravings. If you are still hungry, buy some grapes to pop.
