Basically I am starting CBT for my OCD for the second time tomorrow [emoji51]
The first time I didn't have much luck probably because my therapist wasn't great and we had to stop early due to me having a psychotic break.
My psychologist has told me that we will be doing Exposure Response Prevention Therapy and I am SUPER scared! I didn't do this when I had CBT the first time so I have no idea what to expect [emoji29]
Has anyone done this before? What was it like? Did it help?
