I have a pair. They help somewhat. You do have to get a very specific color to block the blue light enough. Psychedution.org tells you where you can get this color.

I am a fairly boned woman and got the kind to go over my glasses. I should have just gotten regular ones as the over the glasses kind are ver big.

I used them a lot more when I was driving on summer nights with a long commute.

I use a program called f.lux which is a free download to turn off the blue light on my computer at the time of sundown every night. That helps a lot too.
