Thanks for the kind words ladies. I don't feel like a rock or a role model. I feel like a whiny crybaby.
On top of the current flare I've come down with an upper respiratory bug. Sinuses are swollen. Ears hurt. Am exhausted. Fell asleep - sitting up on the sofa - at 8:30 last night. Am taking over the counter stuff to try and deal with it. If that doesn't work I'll go see the doc. Time for my annual check-up anyhow.
