I see what your saying let me clarify, this house was owned by my- ex wife to be she was divorced I was divorced so when we got married we moved her into my house and rented her house to her daughter she eventually sold it to her daughter for $30,000 the deed was in her name so I wouldn't have to sign anything because we were married it is now marital property. Her ex husband lived there also with her daughter, I later found out that he lived there while we were dating.
