As for having your teeth pulled, yes you are correct, getting from here to there will be tough. My (ex) BIL had this done years ago and he was picking bone shards from his mouth for months I sure hope they have a good way to do it now.

Got lots of icecream around? Soup? Oatmeal?

Make sure they give you stuff for pain... get script BEFORE the procedure, have them call it into pharmacy so you can pick it up on way home without waiting?

And, make sure they give you something for nausea... just in case.
