Can't tell you that it won't crash after the horrible experience I had with the Gateway laptops. I have to say, their desk tops are pretty reliable....just the laptops were cheeply made. First modem went out.....then the display. Luckily I purchased 2 of them & my husband kind of put the pieces together so he had one that could limp along.

Honestly....never again would I buy a Gateway laptop. Hope you have better luck than I did. It's hard to imagine that I got the only 2 lemons in the bunch......lol.
