I'm feeling queasy. I haven't taken my meds in fear that I'll throw up. And actually, I had a really bad experience once where I threw up a decent amount of blood and I was on the side of the road 25 miles from home (I was with my parents and they had to call an ambulance to pick me up), so I now get a panic attack every time I throw up. It's awful

What do you guys do when you feel sick like this?
