Lay down or in a recliner...motionless (movement makes it worse) drink tiny sips of water or some ginger ale....I have tons of barf bags so I always have them ready, in my purse, car, several rooms in the house. Sometimes I feel much better after I vomit and I do it more frequently than the average person so it's a good thing I don't have a phobia. That sounds really terrible and traumatizing and your fear is understandable. Feel better.
