I appreciate you saying that. I can't guarantee it will "fix" the problem for me which has been lifelong and is ingrained as habit -- and when I'm in that frame of mind I really don't have any c*ntr*l over myself or how things come out of me (though right now when NOT in that frame of mind I can discuss it rationally etc.) -- but I'm glad you said this anyway.
