Hey guys I did something to either my back or my side. I know I have RA and it's in my back and I know my. Muscle spasms at time in my legs but I really never had it in my back this bad. I am hunched over and the pain is real bad. B

I am so sick of being sick and tired I wanted to go to the grocery store but nope not happening. So I cried and said why me I took my night meds a little early and I have a heating /massage bad on the area that hurts plus 2 pain patches and I even took Motrin PM
