You could afford to go up on the Geodon, if your pdoc agrees. Usual max dosage is 80 mg twice daily, although I've seen it as high as 160 mg twice daily. I'm not sure it's all that great for depression. I do know an increase in Lamictal two years ago helped a lot more than either the Geodon or the Zyprexa.

Definitely check with your pdoc to see what he/she thinks. Best to get the depression under control before you get any worse.
