yes really here in the USA some states now have cyber bully and cyber harassment and things like cyber defamation of character and other cyber laws that include taking emails someone has wrote to you and posting them elsewhere on the internet.

your own police department or treatment providers can tell you whether your location has cyber laws (laws that cover the internet, electronic mail (email).....)
