It took me about 3 weeks to getting back to drinking sodas. Its not advised to drink them as there is no nutrional value to them but it makes me feel good LOL. There are times though that it seems that I have extra gas from them but it could be something else too.

I go to a support group for people that have had bariatric surgery and almost everyone comes in with soda in hand.
