Geodon helped me with depression. It helps me with everything - it is the ultimate solution for me. I have stable mood on it with no anxiety. But it was dose dependent as follows:

80 mg and I was still hypomanic, hallucinated and had trouble falling asleep because of an influx of thoughts

160 mg and I was depressed

120 mg is the sweet spot.

I highly recommend experimenting with Geodon's dosage before adding AD's. Antidepressants are not as reliable (I am talking about actual antidepressants and not Lamictal, which is a MS that works against depression) as antipsychotics.

I am extremely happy with Geodon and do not need any AD now that I am on the right dosage. Geodon lifted a suicidal psychotic depression for me - I am very grateful.
