Hi, for some years now I've had this thing that when I feel something in one side of my body, for instance a pinch in my left arm, I have to feel the same exact feeling in the same spot of my right arm and I can't stop "pinching my arm" until it feels the same as the left one. Also, when I'm touching something it has to feel "right" or otherwise i have to keep touching it until it does. For instance, I was touching my phone screen and it felt uncomfortable, not right so I had to keep rubbing my finger over and over again until It felt right and every move changed the feeling. I don't really know what this is but it's extremely uncomfortable and I can't help it. This doesn't happen always, I have like seasons when it happens and seasons when it doesn't. I hope this is understandable because it is very hard to explain and hopefully someone can give me an answer of what this could be. Thanks.
