I'm sorry about that. I can't believe mental health is even worse off in the UK than the state I live in, in the US. Forums like this and a little therapy seem to be the only resources outside of drugging up the modern world. I was really hoping that this would work out for you and I'm sorry it let you down and even made it worse.
