Try taking some high quality magnesium as meds not only block the body's ability to utilize magnesium, but the stress of detoxing meds [any med, not just psych meds] depletes your magnesium reserves which might explain why you can't sleep.

Don't take magnesium oxide, the cheap magnesium you see labeled as 'magnesium.' It's almost impossible for the body to absorb so all you're going to end up with is raging diarrhea. Instead look for magnesium chloride, citrate, malate of another form of chelated magnesium that is highly absorbable. And you need to take it with calcium and vitamins D3 and K as the 4 nutrients work together.
