There is probably a lot more to it than this but you are undoubtedly feeling like you are unable to help them IRL. You care about them but they have put themselves on paths of destruction. Depressing interpretation to a depressing dream but I do feel like accepting realities in our lives is part of recovery. Hope you don't have that dream again tonight.
