I've been filling out job applications online since around May, I've got some back and they said they only want to hire people with 10 years experience. 75% of the ones I've gotten back between May and now keep saying that. But, for me to of have had 10 years of experience I would have had to of been working since I was 6+ years old... This makes no sense. Even ones for working at stores, loading and unloading packages, that I've been applying to say this. Is this normal?
