No, you know how psychopaths are. Sore losers. So when he knew I wanted him gone for good he said this, and, you know, psychos are so amazing in their ability to hurt, because that was probably the worst thing anyone could ever say to me. It still haunts me.
The good news is I am 100% certain this is the last psycho I will ever have infiltrate my life. So that is good news.
Maybe "Hang in there, it gets better," is a perfectly fine thing to say. My best friend always says that and she has known me longer than most anyone.
