Mine comes and goes with whether and stress. Now it's getting colder and my hair's falling out less because I'm constantly de-stressing. I have hypothyroidism, so sometimes it's just a medication fix that I need.
I coped by humor when I started losing my hair during treatment two years ago. I called myself a bean because of always wearing beanies. Nobody made fun of me for any of it, but I made them laugh by making fun of it myself. In this case, my hair grew back fully within seven months after treatment was done. I didn't lose a lot, considering.
The other times, it comes and goes so often that I never really pay attention to the time spans.
Wish I had more to offer on this topic. Humor was really all I've ever had to deal with this sort of thing.

You are young, though, right? I thought I picked that up, but you sound very ancient and wise. Like your advice. I just bought two beanie type hats with sequins and mirrors and stuff on them. I have a hat collection, anyway, but darn I will just add to it. You have such an amazing attitude. Thanks. Oh, another thing I am trying to do is learn Spanish. But lazy. Darn. Darn.
