I too am usually impressed by how different I am treated when it's a physical emergency versus a psychiatric one. I thought perhaps it was my paranoia or uncleanliness to blame but me thinks there could be something more to it after reading this.

I'm terribly sorry for what you went through....it must have been utterly terrifying to say the least. I'm glad things are improving and that you are capable of having such a positive attitude on the whole experience.
