If you don't have one already, start a journal, it will provide a play by play record of your mental health status, and in time will probably lead you to become more insightful / self aware.


Both these strategies will then lead you to depending on your sister less, which is a good thing in the bigger scheme of things.
I will do that with the coping mechanisms. Thanks for the idea. I do keep a journal. I write down everything that happens and then bring it in to both my T and pdoc appointments.

I will definitely work on a list though.
