My wife loves her rabbit type vibrator. It has an insert-able part that vibrates as well as the external clitoral vibrator "thumb" that sits in just the right spot when the other part is inside you. I gave that to her a few years ago and nearly made myself unnecessary.

Good thing that damn thing doesn't do taxes or yard work!
