Sorry you're struggling so much
The only thing I can think of is trying some supplements if your meds continue to fail you. For example, if you've got bad depression and lot vit D levels, then vit D may help with your depression.
You may be surprised with how much a deficiency in one nutrient can affect you mentally. So you could always try getting a blood test to help.
I don't expect supplements to completely rid you of all your problems, but they may help
