Can anyone recommend any good creams or anything to help my sore hands?

My hand washing is getting increasingly bad and they are incredibley sore and swollen (I think I might actually be getting burns from the hot water and from using too much antibacterial gel) and they are starting to crack and bleed.

I have tried many different hand creams but they are always so greasy and don't really make any difference. So if anyone can recommend anything that may help I would be very grateful [emoji4]
