No, there is no limit about posting triggering posts in the DD forum. I mean, one could read a triggering post anywhere on the forum. It's really the icon that needs to be heeded in this type of situation, not so much the forum.

I think the answer to those that can't heed icons at times would be to place others on ignore when they have concerns so the posts can't be read if the icon can't be heeded.

The guidelines on this are clear, and may not work in every situation for every member, but work generally and the best for all needs of the community members as a whole.

So, first I would suggest heeding the icon. If it can't be heeded for some reason, then going and placing members on ignore for a time might be the best option...just till we're in better places to be able to manage reading.

Just as members expect to read what's within the guidelines, members also expect to be able to post within them.
