It does help, my regular doctor and Pdoc never said anything.
My T did so much research , he has never seen anyone with the high level of chronic pain, I'm always at a 7 or above. Many of my IP's were due to the pain and I felt no reason to stay alive.
He is a proponent for vitamins and suppliments , the combo I have now helps me across the board.
I chronic fatigue also , I'm sorry you have to deal with it .
I think in many cases people do not take time to find some suppliments that can help with any mental or physically issue.
Now a days people are just getting slapped with heavy hitter drugs before a more natural approach can possibly help.
I'm not against meds but with the types of foods we all eat now, honestly isn't giving us what our body's needs to function properly.
Suppliments take time to start showing improvement so it's a good reason to stay on them for at least a couple months.
Thanks Lucy ❤️
