I try not to hoard things but often find myself thinking "I might just be able to use this later". I find it hard to get rid of my son's old schoolbooks - he worked so hard in them only to have them thrown out.

I hate clutter and I think I cleverly disguise my hoarding things by making sure everything is very neat!

Yesterday I cleaned out my clothing cupboard and forced myself to be ruthless. I now have a huge bag of clothes give to our shelter for abused women. That felt nice!

My son's room is next - it is hard for him to let go of toys he no longer plays with but he really enjoys giving to our orphanage.

My husband hoards tools and stuff like that. Fortunately his workshop isn't at home!
