I am totally exhausted. I've been falling asleep as early as 7:30 this week. Fibro fog makes me feel like I don't have a single functioning brain cell in my head. Pain level makes me want to roll in a ball and cry.
I absolutely have to start cleaning the house. I have out of town company coming for Turkey Day. Pigs would not want to live in this mess.
