ok, this is the forum I belong in. I know I said in another post that I was never going to come back, but this is where I belong.

I read the trigger posts because I want to help. But I'm not perfect, I can't cope with everything and I can't help absolutely everyone. Some posts are just too triggery for me and I guess I need to learn how to do self-care.

Thank you to all those that have been supportive of me, and I'm sorry for my over-reaction of saying I'm leaving this forum.

The truth is that this forum is my home.
