Do five push-ups. If you can't do full ones, do halves. Work on it every day until you can complete five whole ones. After that, keep going up in number.
Growing a plant sounds like a pretty good start, as well. Learn a bit about the process and try it out.
Reorganize your room or house in some creative way.
