If I can make a suggestion? I think the newbie chat should be open to everyone. I'm not big on forums, so I don't have five posts yet, but I can understand why that wouldn't be allowed to other group chats. But I feel like something that's just an introduction should be open to anyone. Anyway, my two cents. If nothing else, this ups my post count one.
