Well... congratulations on starting college! That's a big step!

I don't know as I have any particular tips I can share... just the usual mundane stuff.

Hopefully you're able to make arrangements to see a therapist on a regular basis. Obviously keeping up with your classwork will be important. You mentioned you're also applying for jobs. Must you do that? Starting college & starting a new job all at the same time just sounds to me like a recipe for anxiety.

Beyond that, I'm sure you've heard it all before... get plenty of exercise, perhaps try meditation, eat right, etc.
