Feeling hopeful, a little more information would be helpful.
It's hard for me to stay strong sometimes. I would say that there are definitely days when I can't be strong, and I just try to allow myself to take it easy on those days. I think a lot of staying strong is also knowing how much you can deal with and not pushing yourself too hard.
I would also say, if you're still alive, then you're staying strong.
