As my T shares several things about herself itīs inevitable to take part of how she feels (or more exactly come to think about how she feels, she doesnīt tell me if sheīs tired or such), what she has experienced during the day and similar. I donīt feel it disturbs therapy but after some sessions I sometimes wonder things like "why did she seem tired today" or "what has happened during her day". I think a T who is more of a blank slate doesnīt create that kind of feelings within their clients.

Do you engage in T:s mood, what has happened to him/her during the day? Do you ask about it? Does your T tell you what has happened or how he or she felt?
